Our sheet metal fabrication facility employs metal cutting technology to manufacture metal components. Our Trumatic laser cutter system allows multiple processes including cutting, and etching. Our metal cutter can cut intricate shapes quickly, enabling custom fabrication of all steel components.
We employ metal cutting technology in conjunction with CNC systems to allow for accurate drilling, trimming and cutting of materials to any imaginable shape. Our CNC laser cutting machine produces smooth edges. It is implemented in the fabrication of high-finish components such as brackets, chassis, electric enclosures, and solar mounts. It is also capable of etching components that can be branded right at the time of manufacture without requiring an additional stamping process. In most cases, laser-cut components are “ready-to-use,” and additional finishing processes are not required.
